These outdoor activities are not just sports, but a way of life. Get to know Norway's adventurous side with a visit to the Norwegian Mountaineering Centre, a 9,687-square-foot building that displays the history and development of mountaineering, from the first ascent of Romsdalshorn in 1828 to the modern era. Step inside and you'll find Norway's highest indoor climbing wall, interactive exhibits and a viewing of a 15-minute movie showcasing extreme outdoor activities. Then, board a coach and travel to the famous Troll Wall and continue on to Bjorli for refreshments and a waffle served. Enjoy free time to stroll around or browse the shop's selection of crafts, clothes and local delicacies, before returning to Andalsnes.

There is approximately 45 minutes of walking on this tour, as well as around 50 steps to negotiate. The Norwegian Mountaineering Centre is located a short distance from the pier.Details
