From April to November, Alaska's waters hold one of the largest concentrations of humpback whales on the planet and during this exhilarating 2.5-hour excursion you'll will see one of earth's largest creatures. After boarding the 65-foot catamaran, your captain will set the course for open water in search of whales and other marine life. Once a whale is spotted, the captain will slow down for exceptional viewing and photo opportunities. Sea lions and harbor seals may also make an appearance, and if you look up you're sure to spot a bald eagle or two soaring overhead. Your captain will continue to cruise past Sea Lion Rock, home to a colony of Stellar sea lions, and the 110-yearold Eldred Rock Lighthouse, listed on the National Register of Historic Places. After a tasty snack, you'll make your way back to shore with a camera filled with wild and wonderful memories.
