One of the best ways to learn about a culture is through its cuisine. Delight in the flavors of Mexico on this foodie experience. Begin with a short drive to the heart of Puerto Vallarta for a walking tour to view the many sculptures along the waterfront and take in the ocean views. Stop to admire the Church of Our Lady of Guadalupe and do a little souvenir shopping at local marketplace. Continue with a drive to La Dulce Vista, a boutique villa amidst lush countryside scenery. Here, the chef will demonstrate his culinary skills utilizing the freshest local ingredients in the preparation of several classic dishes, each paired with a selection of tequilas --Blanco, Reposado and Añejo--from an artisan distillery. Bring a swimsuit and towel to enjoy the property's refreshing pool and Jacuzzi, or stroll the botanical gardens before the relaxed drive to port.
Special Notes:
