Sail by ferry to tour the infamous Alcatraz Prison, then drive by motorcoach across the Golden Gate Bridge to Sausalito, the "Venice of California." This full-day tour begins as you board the Alcatraz Ferry to Alcatraz Island. Here, you'll embark on a self-guided audio tour through the jail's facilities, including the small cells previously inhabited by the Bird Man of Alcatraz and Al Capone. Next, you'll drive to Vista Point, a popular spot for panoramic views of San Francisco's bay and city skyline on the northern end of the Golden Gate Bridge. You'll continue to the quaint town of Sausalito located north of San Francisco, where you'll have free time to enjoy the bay views and browse in the boutiques and galleries along the waterfront.
