This regal day begins with a drive to Gamla Stan, Stockholm's Old Town and a tour the 18th century Royal Palace. The king's official residence is an Italian baroque palace containing over 600 rooms. Continue on to Coronation Church, the oldest building still in use in Stockholm. Step inside and discover a unique collection of Medieval and contemporary art, including the famous sculpture of St. George and the Dragon. Continue on a walking tour of this historic area then enjoy some free time. . Board a motor-launch for an approximately 50 minute Royal Canal Cruise taking you into the Eco Park, Stockholm's National City Park. Out on more open waters you will pass Fjaderholmarna, the Feather Islands, being the first real archipelago islands. Continue passed Prince Eugen's Waldemarsudde, the Grona Lund Tivoli and much more before leaving the boat to rejoin your coach.

There are 150 steps at the Royal Palace over three floors.The walk in the Old Town is relatively flat but over cobblestones
