At just 22, Melissa has already helped launch both Sun Princess and Star Princess. After studying Tourism and Cruise Management at Plymouth University, she joined Princess through a hotel internship programme and quickly began building a career at sea. As an Events and Guest Services Supervisor, Melissa works across departments to help deliver a seamless guest experience. Having travelled the world from her hometown of Southport, she's especially excited for her first Caribbean season and the chance to explore the destinations featured in Cruising Paradise: Above and Below Deck.
Originally from Johannesburg, South Africa, Magda has spent the last three years building her career at sea with Princess Cruises. Now Guest Services Manager on board Star Princess, she helps ensure every guest enjoys an exceptional holiday. From welcoming guests and making onboard announcements to resolving enquiries, no two days are ever the same. Known for her positive attitude and dedication to guest satisfaction, Magda loves the excitement of life at sea. Despite travelling the world, she stays close to home by speaking with her mum every day.
Dan is Head of Entertainment and Cruise Director on board Star Princess, leading a team of 100 and overseeing the ship's entertainment programme. A former West End performer, he joined Princess Cruises almost two years ago and helped launch Star Princess. Dan works closely with shoreside teams to create unforgettable shows and guest experiences. Guests may also recognise him from the daily Wake Show or his own theatre production, where he shares his personal journey through music and storytelling.
Adam is on his fifth cruise contract, bringing energy and talent to the stage as a singer, dancer and actor. Despite only starting dance training at 16, he quickly turned his passion for performing into a career at sea. From spectacular production shows to guest interactions around the ship, Adam loves the variety of cruise life. One of his favourite roles is in Meridian, where he plays a royal squire and gets to showcase his fun side while entertaining audiences night after night.
Caitlin is a Personal Trainer on Star Princess, running the gym and fitness studio after transitioning from a career in dance and musical theatre. Originally from Gravesend, Kent, she is a former competitive bodybuilder and has worked across four Princess ships. When she's not leading fitness classes, Caitlin enjoys exploring new destinations and spending time with her crew family, especially during date nights in Cozumel with her Mexican boyfriend Edgar.
