Culinary Champions Hero

Our Culinary Champions

Prepare for a culinary awakening. Princess Cruises invites you to discover an elevated dining experience at sea — lively, immersive, and designed to inspire discovery at every turn.

From relaxed daytime bites to evenings that feel refined yet effortless, dining on Princess is part of the journey itself. Meals become moments to slow down, connect and explore new flavours — shaped by the places you visit and the atmosphere on board.

Our Culinary Champions — John Torode, Lisa Faulkner, Marcus Bean and Andy Clarke — help bring this experience to life, sharing the dishes, drinks and dining moments that define Princess. Through their journeys, they spotlight the flavours, settings and details that turn a great meal into a lasting memory.

Their adventures span sun-drenched Mediterranean sailings aboard Sun Princess and vibrant Caribbean voyages on brand-new Star Princess. Along the way, they explore the full range of Princess dining — from relaxed, social settings to more elevated evenings — alongside destination-inspired flavours discovered ashore.

Follow their journeys to uncover unforgettable foodie moments, from Tuscan wine tastings near La Spezia and olive farms in Marseille, to Caribbean ingredients and cocktails inspired by the islands themselves. Through these stories, discover how Princess brings destinations to life through food — delivering variety, authenticity and exceptional value, thoughtfully served.
